Diagnosis dan Tatalaksana Infeksi Dengue
Infeksi dengue dapat memberi spektrum klinis yang beragam. Demam Dengue (DD) ditandai oleh demam tinggi mendadak disertai nyeri otot, tulang, dan sendi, nyeri retro-orbita, mual, serta muntah. Pada bayi dan anak kecil, seringkali disertai oleh ruam makulopapular. Pada demam Dengue dapat dijumpai tanda perdarahan seperti petekiae, mimisan, atau perdarahan gusi. Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) ditandai oleh adanya kebocoran plasma dan hemokonsentrasi. Jadi, perbedaan antara DD dan DBD ialah adanya kebocoran plasma, bukan pada ada/tidaknya perdarahan. Secara klinis, kebocoran plasma ditandai oleh adanya efusi pleura atau asites, dan bila berlanjut maka akan terjadi kegagalan sirkulasi/syok.

The Joint Congress of the Asia Pacific Association of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology & the Asia Pacific Association of Pediatric Allergy, Respirology and Immunology is coming to the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld on 11th – 14th October 2018.
